How do i set videos recorded by Dazzle Platinum Capture Card into Windows Movie Maker?

This is what i need help with (quick run thru)- I need to know how i can put my recorded videos (from my Xbox 360) onto Windows Movie Maker.

In WMM, go to File / Import into Collections and select the video clips you want to use. But, if you've recorded the videos in MPEG-2 format you can't use WMM!  Check your recording options or convert the video to WMV with Super.
