How do i setup a u.s. postal mail?

i wanna write to my friend through mail

i have his adress and all the information but i havent wrote a letter in so lond so i forgot! soooo... ppl who kno how to set up a letter tell me how!

Return address in upper left corner of the envelope. Receiver address in the middle of the envelope (center it). Your computer should have set up for addressing envelopes.
