How do i setup my ceiling speakers i just moved to the house?

i just moved into the house and i see these speakers in my living room on the ceiling i want to noe how to use them

is it possible to have a mic that in the basement and you can hear on top floor

Find the wires coming out of the wall that are attached to the speakers, and connect a surround receiver to them.

Yes, you can communicate from the basement to the top floor, but not with these speakers. You will need some wires added to your house to do it.

Well  first you need to get the brackets, you can get them in Circuit City, best Buy, and Walmart. So when you have them them, you then hammer them into the wall and make sure the chords aren't sticking out. After that sit and enjoy
