How do i sew my pants to make it tighter? ?

am i suppose to cut a thin stright line through the pants and them sow them together?

  1. never ever do that because if you s***w up then you cant get your pants back.

    here are some links that i used to teach myself. I like using the marker technique but the video shows pins so do whatever. the video was just so you could see it visually.

    But basically, you want to lay some jeans that fit you well over the pants you want to sew, WHICH SHOULD BE INSIDE OUT.  If you don't own any, you can measure yourself, or guesstimate.  I like drawing the lines where you want to sew in tailor's chalk or a pen, then pinning HORIZONTALLY on the lines.  Then, simply sew on the lines, remove the pins, flip inside out, and try 'em on!  You can adjust as needed.
