How do i sharpen a pocket knife?

i do not have a sharpening stone so how can i sharpen a swiss army knife with materials around my home?

You really should get a sharpening stone, or system.  How much you spend varies with how complex the system.

You can find a simple knife sharpener for less than $10... considerably less than the knife is worth.

Any hardware store, and most department stores (check the sporting goods, or kitchen wares departments) will carry them.

Because of the number of different kinds of blades, and bits I use, I personally own diamond sharpeners, whet stones, ceramics, and on occasion, use plate glass, and very fine sandpaper, hehehe.
