How do i ship to canada?

I'm in ohio, and the recipient is near Quebec city

i'm trying to send a small 7x7x6 package there, but i really dont have a clue on how to do it.

what service do i select?

UPS  fedx the most reliable both offer ground service  . The post office is cheaper  But pay peanuts  get monkeys

Take it to your nearest post office! They are efficient and reliable on getting stuff to Canada. I have never had a problem!
