  1. jump rope

    go to weight room

    u cant really train something in a few days

    and u have to do it constantly or they will become weak again

    it is a long and cruel road

    the weight room, talk to an advisor there or a more experienced person and ask them about what types of instruments you are supposed to do


  2. DEAD LIFTS!!!! stand straight up infront of a weight(a 45lb dumb bell works great) and then bend stright over and grab the weight then, pick it up and strighten...kinda hard to explain sorry..but trust me they work

    do about 10 in 3 reps

  3. u mean build calf muscle ? running, sprinting, and calf raises all build the calf muscle. jumping has to do with quads. squats sprints n running work them.
