How do i show my thankfulness to a good therapist?

my therapist is very caring and helpful how do i tell her thank you with just saying it, i appreciate all the things she does but don't know how to show it in a theraputic relationship way

Get her a thank you card and tell her how much you appreciate her help.

Just tell her.  People who hold jobs like that aren't often told when someone appreciates their help, though I'm sure she'd love to hear it.  She may also have rules against accepting gifts or anything more than a card (they're often required to make sure that unethical people don't take advantage of their patients), so just telling her would probably be the best way.

Just say how much she's helped you, and say thank you. Tell her how you feel. I feel the same with mine, and I gave mine a huge hug, and told her thanks, and how much everything helped me and how much I appreciated her help. Just show it how you feel.
