Question:

How do i show that the points (1,1), (5,2) and (4, -2) are the vertices of an isosceles triangle?

  1. plot them and see if it has 2 equal sides.. u can measure it or just look at it


  2. You only have to show that the length of two sides are equal.

    Check the formula for the length of a side given two coordinates (it sort of looks like the Phythagorean Theorm).
