How do i shrink a top made from viscose and nylon?

its half and half. a jumper. do i put it on a hot wash? like 90? and my tumble dryer only has one heat setting :S

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think man made fibres such as these shrink. How about a little sewing to make your top smaller/tighter?

It may not shrink.
