How do i shrink my swim suit?

it is 80% nylon and 20% spandex. i dont want to eat a bunch of junk food till it fits either. i use it for playing water polo and its a one piece.

i'm sorry but you're going to have to just buy a or two size smaller. suits only stretch they don't shrink

you cant shrink them, if you have had it more than a month and a half, its time for a new suit.

try a polyester one. speedo endurance are a good choice.

make sure to get the right size!

I don't think you will be able to shrink it. Try to find one that fits next time!
