How do i shrink my web browsing page to fit onto one size ?

i want to be able to view my web browsing page smaller it is sooo big for some reason and i have to move left to right juist to see it all i would like it smaller but i dont know how please tell me its already on small font size but that hasnt helped to issue

  1. Right click on your desktop and choose properties.  Choose settings, and change you reolution to 1024 x 768.
