How do i smooth out my teeth at home

I know you can whiten them with hydrogen peroxide gargles and baking soda. But the surface of my teeth is bumpy from too much fluoride. How do I smooth them out so that they have that polished feeling and look.

You can't, See your Dentist to advise what can or cannot be done.

If you try something, it might make a problem.....
