1.98x10(to the third power) kg/cm3 has a mass of 35.4.What volume in milliliters does this object occupy

i have a test and im trying to find out how i can solve this on the review sheet so i dont fail and she didnt explain it

the answer is 1.79x10(-5 power)

by the way could i get some help on significatn figures?

  1. Remember:

    Density = mass/volume

    You want volume, so

    volume = mass / density convert mass into kg.

    Volume = 35.4*10^-3/1.98*10^3

    Volume = 1.79*10^-5 mm³
