How do i sort this out?

Question

my car has had the back wiper riped off and a scratch down one side halfords told me it would cost £350 to fix the kids that done it belong to a new group of travelling people in my area ive already had the father laugh in my face when i took the bike his kids stole of my son who has special needs do i just say nothing and fix my car or should i speak to them again or will this make matters worse
