How do i spam an unwanted email from this group?

I got an email from this girl who added me on to her friends list of something new she is doing on her website. I do not want to be on it and replyed by saying so. I also spammed it. will my spamming her email affect the group?

no, just direct it to the spam folder.. check your groups and leave the ones you want.
