I don't know how to and im 13? lol, kinda sad, but i think its annoying but i want to try it but cant figure it out.

haha aw. hm. its not something that theres one way. you need to put your lips like you&#039;re blowing a kiss and make sure your tongue is almost touching the inside of your lower lip. then blow out some air!

Its not really the same for any two people, just experiment until you get it

Form your lips into a circle or O shape, and form your tongue into a U shape.  Blow air out and move your lips until you find the right shape to make a whistle

make a small circle with your mouth and lightly blow if it dont work make the circle smaller

if those dont work try again but blow harder
