  1. Also hit or attack. A ball contacted with force by a player on the offensive team who intends to terminate the ball on the opponent's floor or off the opponent's blocker.Hit with the palm of your hand

  2. Actually the footwork for a right handed person is left right left.

Ask your coach or someone on your team for help with this, reading about it isn't going to help you get better you just need to go out there and do it yourself and practice TONS! Good luck!

  3. You wait til the ball is at it's highest peak.

Depending on how high it is, you need to slow down or speed up your approach.

(right left right, if your right handed, oppostie footwork if your left)

jump straight up. If you jump foward, you'll hit the net.

Use the hand your not hitting with as a guiding hand.

Bring your hitting hand back behind your ear.

Make sure your hand is nice and big.

Make contact with your whole hand. Make sure your arm is fully extended.

Snap your wrist and swing through.

It takes a while to perfect it, but keep working on it.

Soon enough, you'll be able to do a perfect jump serve too!

    Work with a coach too.

  4. You will hit it with your palm first, then as you snap your wrist to force the ball down and create a spin on it, your fingers will wrap around the ball.  Your hand will be curved after the split second initial contact.  Really, you should ask someone to specifically show it to you in person.  It's much harder to understand when just reading about it.
