How do i start a seminar?

i know that i go 'good morning i wuld like to talk to you today about gender stereotypes..'

then whats next? can you help me out by the next sentence or paragraph?

Your opening is a typical beginning.  Why not begin your seminar by role playing as a woman (showing all kinds of stereotypes) and then as a man (showing all kinds of stereotypes).  After that, begin to discuss the stereotypes your audience heard.  It will make for a much more interesting seminar for you and your guests.
