How do i start my PC in Safe Mode?? I have a virus that's why..?

Start pressing F8 before the OEM's splash screen disappears and keep going until you see a list of options.

(Press repeatedly so you don't miss your brief chance to press it, but don't hold it down, you'll get a keyboard error.)

To enter in safe mode restart your system and keep hitting F8 function key. This changes in some of the systems. When a prompt window appears , simply select Start windows in Safe Mode and hit enter. Your system will now log with minimal settings into the safe mode.
