How do i start recording on gamecam v2.1?

Question

This is what i do.

I open gamecamev2.1

I open Combat Arms

I press home (hotkey for Gamecam)

Nothing happens.

I saw a video on smoone doing that but it wont do the samething.

Btw im using vista.
