How do i stay in shape for diving???

any work out regiments i should do with weights or running

  1. I am not a diver myself, but I have several friends who are. I would suggest making sure that you are doing a bit of strength training paired with cardio. Divers require a good bit of strength to hoist themselves into the air with all the acrobatics they're required to do. Also, make sure that you are stretching regularly, especially before and after exercising. Not only will this prevent injury, but it will help you stay limber and flexible.
