How do i stay skinney but with out playing basketball this year?

i got skinny in basketball last year but i dont want to play this year.

  1. I was worried about that when I quit basketball last year.

    All you have to do is exercise!

    If you have a treadmail, run on it during winter for 30 minutes, or walk.

    Lift weights.

    Go to the gym, run around the local track.

    Dance to music in your room..everyone does it. lol

    Also, watch what you eat.

    The key to being fit is watching what you eat and at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.


  2. I have played basketball for 4 years, and this summer i took a long break, but i have stayed slim by just doing what i do. What i mean by that is, if i was playing basketball right now, i would still be doing the same things that im doing without playing basketball.

    as long as you keep a regular rhythm, you will be fine, take it from someone who lost about 30 pounds from playing basketball.

    also, if you do notice you are getting slower/bigger, watch your diet and you will be good.

  6. i don't know how anyone doesn't want to play, but the same things you did at practice could be usefull (running, pushups, crunches... etc.,)

  8. do a variety exercises before u go to bed and when u wake up.

    jacks

    sqauds

    etc.

  9. If you have some kind of problem keeping the lbs off then workout!!
