  3. Don't darken your room at night so the natural light can shine in in the morning and use an alarm if you must wake up at a certain time.

It is all come down to some simple principals.It as been discovered that the quality of the sleep is as important as the quantity.So you just have to make sure you are getting the best quality sleep(ex. total darkness in room, no noise, all electrical devices turn off, good room temp)  so you can cut down on the numbers of hours

    If you sleep 6 hours like a baby you will feel refreshed.

    So keep in mind the quality of the sleep.

    I usually stay up until I have to, and I have an automatic alarm clock in my head, like telling me it's time to get up.  Try it, put the time that you want to get up in your mind before you go to sleep, think of that number, like say 7 am. and chances are that it will for you.   It's a mind freak kinda thing.

  11. well, at the end of the summer i am on a really bad sleeping schedule so i go to bed really late and then either set an alarm or have somebody in my house wake me up early and then eat and do something active or that takes a good amount of thought but that you have interest in ( you don't want it to put you asleep lol ) that seems to help me get on a better schedule because i'm tired early that night! haha hope i helped!! :)

  12. its called HGH supplements, they are legal and you tke around six a day or something, it keeps you buzzing all night then you sleep for three four hours and start buzzing again, they kick in right away but to ware off they take a good week at least
