  1. You can't

The only thing you can do is not pay for the item. However that will count against you and Ebay can suspend your account.

It would be better and less hassle to go to the Post Office and get a postal order.

  2. sorry if you dont pay by postal order then they will give you a neg feedback and report you for not paying

i suggest go to your local post office and get a postal order

    good luck

  3. I believe eBay sellers are forced to accept PayPal as a condition of listing .. so (in theory) they CAN'T 'refuse' payment ..

If you have already made payment via PayPal, they will have to 'reverse' it .. I suggest you contact them and ask them to do so before sending the Postal Order (otherwise you may end up paying twice) ..

  4. Im a seller on ebay (unfortunately). We cant leave negatives for buyers anymore. Ebay made this dumb change about 2 months ago. There is nothing the seller can do to you if you dont pay. If they file that its unpaid, you will get 1 strike against you and this will not matter if its only 1. You cant "stop" the payment, but the seller can refund it to you as soon as they receive it. I would wait for the refund before sending out a postal order. I assume you send the echeck through paypal. They have a little button on there, all they have to do is click on "refund total amount" and it will put the money right back into your paypal or echeck account.
