How do i stop adapting to peoples moods and just act myself?

  1. stop caring so much.

    people in our culture don't respect sensitive people.


  2. You are  obviously very sensitive and have a high degree of empathy and perhaps, not a great sense of self-esteem or boundaries.

    When around other people you need to stay calm and centred. Meditation helps a lot with that but mostly I think you need to value yourself and learn to be independent and not try to please others so much.
