  1. Hang around with people you don't hate, listen to music that you don't hate, do things you don't hate doing.

Then you'll be able to focus your hate more towards things most worthy of your severe hatred.

  2. Stop hating yourself.

  3. Turn to the one who is Love, who knows, understands, and can deliver anyone from anything. God.

If you confess Jesus Christ with your mouth and believe in your heart that He rose from the dead. you'll be saved from the wrong way to live, including hatred. Turn away from all wrong and ask Jesus for forgiveness, and do whatever He asks.

Live by God's manual for your life (the Bible); it is God speaking to you in written format. Start with the book of I John. Read every day and talk to the Lord daily.

Get involved at a Holy Spirit-led, Bible-teaching church which can encourage you to grow in faith. Make friends there, too. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. You will learn to live in love by Him if you persevere.

By drawing closer to God, I've been set free from much frustration, lack of direction, bitterness, and more. He's promoted me in ways I never expected. If you put God first, there's no telling where He'll put you, or places you'll go.

  4. go to jail for awhile.them cops will break you of that

  5. Realize that the hate you are feeling towards others is most likely a defense/projection of your feelings of hatred towards your self and it is easier to feel those feelings outward rather than inward.

Can you pinpoint triggers for your feelings of hatred?  What annoys you the most?  Perhaps that is something you need to address within yourself?

  6. By understanding that everyone has issues and trying to see their issues objectively rather than as something personal.

  7. I asked myself this question for a really long time.

    You know what's crazy?

Everyone's the same. No one is better than you. Everyone has the same thoughts, feelings, emotions.

Everytime you think someone has it more together than you, you're probably wrong. Honestly. Just read about musicians/actors you admire on wikipedia, and you'll notice from reading about their lives that they've had the same self-doubt and travails that you have.

And I think realizing that we are all equal is the key. Empathy is understanding. And understanding is the key to acceptance.
