  1. write a list of all the things that are good in your life.

    eg. the things you like about your personality, your looks, how many friends you have or your intelligence.

    Add at least one new thing every day!!! It really works!!!

  3. you only have to believe in yourself, wake up everyday saying , I'M GREAT, I'M GOOD, etc, etc.!!!

  4. Hiya, you need to write down all of your good points, and before you say you haven't got any believe me you have.  Then every day before you leave the house, read them to your self out loud and believe them!

  6. Find something your good at. Give yourself credit for doing well. Look in the mirror and list everything you like about yourself. Don't beat yourself up or think badly of yourself. It's all about paradigms. A paradigm is the way in which you see something. Make sure you see yourself for you =).

    I soon realised that those who dished it out' became withdrawn when I retaliated in fun at them.

    You must comprehend that in every one, there is a Achilles heel

    And then try to be aware of it, whatever you do, walk, work dance, carry something, washing dishes...as much as you can.

    You have to start liking yourself more for who you really are and stop trying to be someone you're not just because you think that image will make ppl like you more.
