How do i stop blushing??

i blush in front of guys or when i get embarrassed and i don't want the guys to think i like them or anything and i also have a natural blush so when i do start to blush it gets redder!

  1. First of all, it's normal for most girls and natural for girls to do that in front of cute guys. Girls who blush excessively can become self-conscious. When you do start to blush or flush. just add your gorgeous glowing smile (no one will know if you're blushing that badly).   3. the same thing used to happen to me when i was young. I still get red when i get reallly embarrased but theres not much to do. Just think of a cold glass of water or thing of something else. I know exactly how you feel i hateedd it!

  4. I do the same thing.You just have to embrace it and maybe try to stay calm.Most people think it's cute.

    There's no easy solution to this really you would need to change how you feel in certain situations...for example be more confident!

    I wouldn't worry about it too much you will grow out of it as you mature.

  8. I have this problem too, i hate it, Its caused by a sudden rush of blood to the face and its really a psychological problem. To prevent it you would have to tackle the issue of how you are feeling when you blush. If its caused by embarrassment it could be caused by a lack of confidence. If its mainly infront of guys, its quite common and chances are none of them even notice it, but as you get more used to socialising with them the problem will eventually go away as in my case i never normally blush infront of my close friends.

    If you are really worried about it you can undergo Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which will help you control feelings of anxiety and as a result get rid of the blushing.

    Or you can use makeup or foundation, which will cover the natural colour of you skin. I find that this helps me the most.

  9. Try putting on some makeup that's a little darker than your skin so when you blush it looks like you just put on some pink blush. hope it sort of helped
