  1. change RCA wires or run the RCA on the opposite side of the power wire.

  2. PUT A NOISE SUPRESSER ON THE ANTENNA

  3. it's your ground, change it to a differ location  and by itself, metel to ground and tight

  4. this is a common problem. if it only happens with the car on, then the source of the problem is the stereo. the stereo is not getting enough ground. this problem happens alot in pioneer stereos when the RCA fuse blows.

to fix this, you can either buy a ground-loop isolator (almost all of them will mess up the audio quality)  or you can fabricate your own solution.

to fabricate your own solution, all you need is a small piece of wire.  in one end, connect it to a ground source. on the other side, connect it to the outside metal part of the RCA's in the stereo. note i said outside part. no the middle part/hole.

you basically just wrap a thin line around that outside part of the RCA's for both red and white.

the outside part is what carrys the ground on the cables, with this, the problem will be fixed and will kill the annoying noise you get from the amps when the car is on.
