How do i stop content adviser when i visit a web site?

Content Advisor is usually found on your browser.  In IE7, click on Tools, Internet Options, Content tab.  Click on Settings button under Content Advisor and you can change the settings to allow you to see additional content.  If you can't get into Content Advisor, then whoever is administrator on your computer has locked the settings.

Another possible block is your Preference settings for Yahoo Search.  From your Search Homepage, click on Search Preferences.  Then click on Edit next to SafeSearch.  You can edit your settings to allow additional content.
