How do i stop crying?

how do i stop myself from crying at school? i cry most of the time when people get me really mad and even when im not that upset or just for no resone or they go to far when they make fun of me ( whitch happens a lot now ) or i get frusterated they make fun of me when i cry whitch makes me cry even more and its really embarassing

  1. Try & work out why it happens & fix that. It sounds to me that you are stressed in the school situation.

    Please google a short piece called Desiderata & read it. It might help you a lot with this. When you have read it, try to be more at peace with yourself, develop your own self-control a bit more, and before you know it you will have left this phase behind you forever.

  2. wow...same thing happened to me from grades 1-4ish

    my 4th grade teacher got fed up with me crying all the time that she just yelled, "CRYING ISN'T GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE, WHY ARE YOU CRYING?!?!"

    and that did it.

    lol

    scared me straight.

    I am, and I put an extremely abrasive barrier to any American, it is as if I have no feelings at all and thats the way to do it.

  4. What you really need to work on, is

    A)working on that self esteem- so you can stand your ground and be secure enoug to not let people get to you and

    B)realize that in a year from now, those people, and that problem that your shedding tears about, won't matter to you, at all & they shouldnt

    If they can't be mature enough to respect you as a person and your felings, then you should try and realize you shouldn't give them the satisfaction of letting them get to you, because deep down inside they probably like to see you feel down on yourself, because they are bullies and deep down inside, they hate THEMSELVES and misery loves company.

    Just keep your head up, stand your ground. =)

  5. Judging by the information you have given, you may have some form of depression. It could be a mild form if you are experiencing no other symptoms than crying or if it is more than just crying; it could be a more severe form. I would suggest going to see your doctor or a psychiatrist because it is often the case that these problems don't get better on their own. If you speak to your doctor, you are safe either way because he may be able to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and offer some support for your condition. I had a friend that used to cry all the time and she had a form of depression although she didn't feel depressed. Good Luck :)

  6. haha im kind of like you. if someone yells at me ill get in tears. or if someone insults me ill get in tears. the thing that i do is smile so they cant tell =]

  7. get numb to everything, nothing bothers you, the words , actions doesnt matter, let the hatred go

  8. What ever you do, do not go cold. Be glad you have the emotional ability to be able to cry. Try to find ways to channel what ever emotions your feeling into something constructive. People have found art, music or anything "creative" such as writing is a good way to start. The next time some fool makes fun of you or you have another reasion to cry, go ahead and cry but at the same time take out your journal and express what a twit they are. If your into drawing, scetch out that special place in h**l reserved just for them (Should they not change their ways). This will help, or at least it did for me, to making you focas on what your doing and help you regain control.

         Be glad you can cry, the day you stop and can't cry even if it would be ok if you did, well, that would be a sad, cold day and the world will have lost some of it's color. Hope this helps
