have you tried popup blocker?

on internet, go to tools and go to popup blocker and use it.

if it still doesnt work, go to tools, internet options, secuirty, restricted sites and add that site to the restricted sites

If that doesn't help, try different adware/spyware/virus removal utilities.

If that doesn't help - reinstall windows.
