How do i stop my 8 year old daughter from wetting and soiling herself during the day?

My 8 year old daughter was fully toilet trained when she was younger. Within the past year she has been wetting and soiling her underwear on an almost daily basis. I have tried everything from talking to her nicely, not making a fuss when she does it, rewarding her with money and gifts, giving her a star chart and even getting my family to talk to her but she still does it. On a night time she gets up and goes to the toilet with no problems. I am at my wits end!! I do not think there is anything physically wrong with her but she just wont stop. Any suggestions on what i can do will be gratefully received. Thank you.

I am dealing with the same thing with my 8yo son.  I have taken him to see his pediatrician and have had multiple tests done, there is nothing physically wrong with him.  We've also done "reward" charts, reminder bracelets, special bathroom scchedules both at home & school, you name it I've probably tried it.  He is now seeing a child therapist but so far it is not working either.  I am at my wits end but it has only been 5 sessions with the therapist so I'm hoping something changes here soon.  I make him clean up his messes and it doesn't phase him at all, now he just does it before I see it hoping I won't notice at all.  It's really hard not to get angry but I have to admit that I do slip.  I wish you all the best and if you find something that works please post it!
