I purchased a 14 gallon aquarium and my 3 fish will not stop swimming up and down the sides of their aquarium looking at their reflection in the glass. Even when I look inside the aquarium I can see their reflection as they bump noses with it and hurriedly swim up and down the sides. Its REALLY annoying and I'm sure its stressing the fish out also. Fish should be calm and graceful, not bumping in to the sides of the aquarium and spazzing out.

  1. uh put more deco for it so it will probably ignore it to play sure they are like caves or buy a  alyiric aquarium

  2. that might be funny to look at. maybe it is the type of fish, or did you get multiple types.

i heared that baloon fish do that.

and i think they think that they are good looking, so they cant keep their eyes off of them selves. lol.

  3. I doubt they are seeing their reflections.  When you are in the water you don't see that.  If your tank and fish are new they're just frightened and trying to escape to hide.  Leave the light off and leave them alone to settle in.
