  1. wear spandex or use body glide so you dont chaffe.


  2. try improving it by natural ways.

    while u do ur warm up running try keeping ur steps wider and run slow but very perfectly

    after a week or two u can improve on speed.

  3. I'm not quite sure if you can stop your legs from rubbing when you run. But if you're legs are chafing there are products that can help. Just to mention some...BodyGlide, Spanx, and Monistat products for anti-chafing
