How do i stop my male cat from peeing all over the house

Question

My cat is about 5 months old. He is an indoor cat and he used to pee in the litter box when he was a kitten. However, when he was about 3 months old he started peeing randomly around the house, hes not spraying, and still poops in his litterbox. Does anyone know how to make him stop so i dont have to give him away? Please help.
