  1. stop eating it one day and youll stop craving it

  2. it depends how often you have such cravings - if it's only once in a while then just go for it. if it's really often give yourself some limit. if you can cook you can try making similar things that you crave yourself. you'll have control over what goes in and you can make the meals healthier. if you get used to nice home cooked meals you should stop craving fast food so much.

  3. Uhmmm chew gum.

  4. Find a healthy food that appeals to you.

  5. Our urges for junk/fast food come from not having our nutritional needs met.  If you eat healthily, your body won't crave anything.  Your body is calling out to you because it is not satisfied by healthy balanced meals.☆

  6. To stop your sugar cravings, you should take a bit of vinegar and let it dissolve in your mouth.  If you still have the craving, eat sugar free candy.  The sugar free candy actually tastes like there is more sugar in the candy than regular candy.  As for chips, you can always eat fruit chips which are good for you or eat the baked kind.  Now. to soda, you should drink fresh smoothies and maybe once in a while allow yourself a diet soda.  Fresh smoothies are easy to make, you freeze any kinds of berries and add apple juice to them; put it in a blender and then you have a drink.  As for the fast food, eat it in moderation.  If you crave fries, then buy a bag at the store and bake them in a little toaster oven; this way, they are not drenched in oil.  You can make your own lean turkey burgers or even eat vegetarian burgers at restuarants.  Basically, you can always find a healthier alternative to the fast food and you can do it by cooking for yourself.

  7. read up on what goes into that sort of "food", imagine how pissed off the people who prepare it are...these two things should keep you steering clear of it! love your body fueling it with respected and loved stuff!

  8. it won't work if u quit cold turkey

    instead reward yourself

if you normally run 20 minutes a day

treat yourself to a hot dog or something if you end up running 30 minutes a day or something

That way you'll get more stamina/strength

and the extra exercise will make up for the calories

  9. Find substitutes!

If you want candy all the time, try and find some really sweet fruits to munch on instead! But remember, you can have candy just not in excessive amounts.

Fast food? Make your favorite fast food items at home. Juicy burgers, french fries, sandwiches, onion rings, and the lot. Make them on the weekend for yourself! Or explore other foods that you can make at home that you will find you enjoy just as much!

But you can have fast food every now and then too. Just not in excess.

The thing is, enjoy what you eat, just keep good variety. Life is too short to deprive yourself completely ya know!

    :)

  10. Buy a lot of healthy stuff to keep around the house. Sliced Veggies(peppers, tomato, cucumber, radish) some baby carrots maybe. && any time that you get hungry snack on them. After awhile you will feel much better. maybe a couple months after you'll be craving fast food, go eat some, & it won't be as satisfying as you think. It'll make you feel kind of bad & you'll go back to your veggies that make you feel good.

  11. Have you ever seen the movie Super Size Me? that is what did it for me for fast food..  almost 3 1/2 years later i haven't eaten fast food...

or some interesting fast food facts is  the cheese from taco bell never molds,McDonald's fries are so full of nasty c**p, that they never mold either.. they still let oil out years after they are purchased.

think about what it is doing to your body..

Junk food i think is more difficult to get out of your system.. I have started eating baked  chips instead of  fried ones,  salsa instead of thick creamy dips..  i dont think that you need to completely take it out of your diet, but moderation is the key.

    Good luck!
