How do i stop outgoing calls to certain phone numbers?

please rite a letter to your service  provider  and mentoin those numbers to stop going out

If they are 900 numbers, you can add a block feature from your telephone company.  I think it only is a 900 number blocking feature though, if its another number it will not work.  If its long distance, just have the logn distance turned off.

Stop calling them. Outgoing, means YOU are the one who's calling.
