i am drinking as much water during the day as possible. i am also kinda thirsty, so it's not so hard to drink 6 reg size bottles. i actually have to drink water during the night too, bc i get very thirsty too and when i am chocking i wake up and need to drink. i also always wake up to go to the bathroom. at least 3 times a night. what can i do to prevent that waking up for bathroom but not being thirsty..? please help..
