How do i stop people from crashing my family group? (i'm the owner) Should I report crashers? Where?

what are your group settings, and just how are people crashing into it? you need to check

management- under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit) <-- click the edit- if it is set to open, check it to Restricted (you approve all requests for membership) and click save changes.

many times in the logs you can see where spammers and such attempt to join but they never actualy become members.

to know if these people are real violators, you'd need to be more specific or yahoo will do nothing

You can make your family group either closed (invitation only) or have membership require moderator approval.  Either way, the moderator would control who can join.

There is no place (or need) to report "crashers".  If your group is currently open for anyone to join, they aren't doing anything wrong.  Remove (and ban if you want) anyone you don't want in the group.
