I don't think you can but why are you worried about people viewing your questions

Anyway you don't know when someone is viewing  them if its someone you know that you don't want them knowing who you are just change your aviator and name.

My  family don't know what name i use on here

You can't I don't know if that is good or bad, it does seem unfair that you may have asked something totally out of character when you are drunk or something, but this is the internet and you just have to be aware, or, if you are sensitive, not ask questions.  

The same thing applies to answers, it is very easy sometimes to be so taken out of context especially when people are not looking for an answer, so much as agreement with their opinion

There is not any such option to hide your questions or answers from anybody or somebodies you wish..those are open to the whole forum unless you delete your question and answer (but it will be invisible for even you to see those though).

any questions that i don't want viewed i leave posted for a few days to get answers then i delete them. that way they are not able to be viewed from the public. it means you don't get the points for choosing best answer but i'm not really into hte points anyway.
