How do i stop saying stupid thing!!!!?

i always regret saying it after i think about it. why can't i think b4 i talk.....its like there is no time when to think when u in a conversation. Please any1 help me!!!

its a habit you need to work and break it and their is always time to think but make sure you listen so you know everything and dont end up saying something embarrassing =]

no matter what happen, you still have to think before you say any word or else it will end up of saying stupid things over and over and you'll again regret it... Think fast, but speak slowly..
