It's quite easy.  Leave your money or credit card at home.  Go out only with the necessities in your purse or pocket.  Do that and you'll be shop-free for as long as you want to.  Good luck.

First, burn the credit card!! and dont "widow shop", since the the "eye is that widow to your heart" so if you see it more than likely your gonna buy it.

cut up your credits cards! i know you probably recoiled in horror when you read that but its better than a massive debt on your shoulders.

OMG i so have the same problem...i've just this minute come from Ebay where i've spent a few thousand on studio lighting and photography equipment.

I'm effing skint now...will soon make it back.
