Question:

How do i stop stressing and getting mad???

Ok so i stress out and get mad and my poor partner and son cop it!! Any ideas on how to cool off etc....

  1. Many  things  can  irritate  and  set  off  a  dominoe  effect  of  stress and  yelling.

    First  try  to  decide  which  things  are  worse  and  which  are  not.  Such  as  Im  sick of  my  husband  kicking  boots (and  sometimes  more)  off right  where  I  walk and  I  trip.   But  he  is  hot  and  tired  so its  better  to just  kick em out of  way  then  make  a comment and  start bad  vibes. But  when you need  trash  out  now, not  later on whenever  ask my son  in sweeter  tone and say it  is  important.  Any  way  its  sort  of  a  pick you battle  thing one  by  one.

    Also  I  find  having  a  treat that  is just  for you  such  as  a  beverage only you like  is  calming.  Mine  is  Root  beer  or green  tea.  Also  avoid  too much  caffine.  and  sometimes when  trouble is  brewing  up over silly things   its  better  to  just  go in other room till you  are calmer and  try again.
