How do i stop the SEARCH SETTING CHANGE NOTIFICATION?

the NOTIFICATION keeps on popping up on my lower right screen! i've restarted my unit many times already but the notification kept on popping up even if i click the X button. i downloaded CURSOR MANIA before this happened. there's another message that goes like DEFAULT SEARCH CHANGE ATTEMPT BLOCKED. they alternately pop up im sooo irritated now. please help! THANKS!

    I do not want to chg. any of my setting.
