How do i stop the leaking on a gp mx3?

there is this little tube on the bottom of the choke and it is leaking out a lot of oil and gas i tried twisting the s***w and it did not work because whenever i turned white thing on it starts leaking out from the tube help!

Take it to the mechanic and have it fixed.
