How do i stop thinking about suicide if nothing good happens in my life?

things in my life are spiraling further south and are just getting bad...i come from an extremely broken home and am poor (just to type this i am using a neighbors computer)...nothing good has ever happened for me, i am unable to get any help (i have no insurance and cant afford it)...i cant even go to college because of it...regardless of how good i did in school....

i pretty much figured i could kill myself now before things get even worse or just wait til things get really bad in the next few years and then kill myself. like i said, things are getting worse and worse and i realized death is the only way to stop it.

i know for a fact nothing good can possibly happen to me in the next couple of years....

how do i deal with the fact that i want to die? it would hurt my mom (she lost 2 already and only me and my sis are left) but i just dont care anymore, im to the point where i dont care about anyone else's happiness other than my own cause (a thing i got from all the bad experiences i had to deal with)

what do i do?

again i cant seek help so thats out of the question.

its hard these days to find support for suicide.

  1. I would suggest that you seek the advice of a professional and get counseling and possible medication that can help these feelings. Talk to a teacher or your pastor to help you find available help if you can't afford any. There are services out there to help even if you are not financially doing well. Until then, my advice would be to go for walks, get some physical exercise. Try going for bike rides. Exercising releases hormones into your system that make you feel good about yourself. It really does work. Try to think positive. Don't let yourself think negative thoughts. Try to think of ways that could make your life better. Many people come from broken homes and poor families and they  do many good things in their lives. We are who we are not what our circumstances may be. You are probably a very intelligent person with many talents or interests in things that could make you a very happy person. Give your life a chance, it is well worth it. I always liked this phrase and it is so true. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Trust me, our lives have many ups and downs. Even when things are going good eventually bad luck comes our way. But just remember, it will get better again soon. Many people do love you and care about you. Hang in there.

  2. if you want a better life, its not going to just come to you,,you have to go out and find it,, good luck

  3. tell me whats going on that is so bad. let me in so i can help you get on track

  4. find a passion, a hobbie, or something, at least get something you would keep on living for

  5. But that's the good thing about life, you don't know what's going to happen. Only the ones that hang in there get to find out. Bad things can happen to anyone and so do good things, it's the way the system surprises us, it's called a black swan, something no one could predict and no one expected. It can be good or bad.

  6. be a gold digger?

and what are you talking about you can always go back to college

become a nurse that's the most demanding job right now it only takes like 2 years

  7. Suicide

  8. OMG....WHY WOULD YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT THT STUFF

  9. killing your self is not the way to go

their is a plan for everyone on this earth and everything happens for a reason

trust me nothing but bad things have happened to me

I had a child at 17 her fathers in jail and its getting worse .. but I know that everything happens for a reason

I know it may sound crazy to you .. and i don't want to sound mean but your being selfish I know your mom must loves you to death and losing a third child why would you want to put her through that pain?

If you ever need anyone to talk to talk to me i know i dont know you

but trust me your on this earth for a reason ..

    just think about it

  10. Well, seeing as I'm no expert, this will probably not be as helpful as I hoped it will be, but I really hope I changes your mind about killing yourself.

Even though things seem like they couldn't get any better, all you can really do is hope they will, because If you give up now, you'll be blowing any chance of a good change of luck. Talk to people about how you feel, if you haven't already and i'm sure they'll understand and try to help. I mean, I'm just a random person who found this question, and i'm trying my best to help, so people you know personally should do a better job since they know you.

Another thing is finding a goal in life. If you have something to work towards, It should help take your mind off the suicidal thoughts, and if you end up accomplishing it, well that's even better!

I know I'm bad at giving advice. Took me like 45 mins to come up with this.

  12. I got pregnant at 17. My baby's daddy is a loser who is more worried about gettin some *** than helping his daughter. And I dropped out of highschool and now work a S****y job. Can't go back to school because I would NEVER get to see my daughter. Plus I'm fat!! FAT!! FAT!! I have so many more problems. But they way I get through is I think you know what, There is someone else out there who is worse off than me and they didn't kill themselves. If they can do, than so can I! Just remember, you have your highs and your lows. Life is just a rollercoaster you can't get off. You feel like this now, but when something great happens, you'll be glad you got to live and experience it.
