How do i stop this bad experience?

somtimes i get these feelings like i need to breath like i am losing air it hapends at random times

  1. take three deep breath in thought nose, out thought mouth, and thank of something that makes you happy, judy


  2. Try to identify stress factors in your life.  If you can eliminate some of them it may help in the long term.  In the short term you may want to practice deep breathing exercises and meditation.  

  3. It doesnt sound good. Go and see your doctor ASAP!  

  4. you may be having asthma or panic attacks. it's probably a good idea to see your GP about this.

  5. sounds like anxiety..take some deep breaths when this happens
