    Shoot it!

  2. if you want to kill it the easiest way is to knock in a copper nail, that will kill it

  3. Get a tree removal company to remove it and get the stump removed so it doesnt grow back.

  4. cut it down then drill holes ii the stem of the roots pour

diesel down it and gone for ever,!!

  5. Unless you plan on moving soon your only option is to have it removed (assuming its on your land).  Topping/pruning will only make it grow that much faster.  Next time take a better look at your surroundings before you decide to move in.

Inconvenience to you is a very POOR reason to remove a healthy vibrant tree.

EDIT:  I've just seen two other questions you've asked that are similar.  If the tree isn't on your property you will be guilty of a crime for damaging someone else's property.  Think of it this way: although I find your huge, ugly SUV to be annoying (and a gas guzzling abomination) that doesn't give me the right to burn it to the ground in the middle of the night.......

  6. Don't know what tree it is, you didn't give a name or pic, but most trees that grow like that are not long lived and are not desirable.  Usually they would be considered "trash trees".

Complain, and do it loudly.  If you are on good terms with your neighbors, get them on board because there will be more of the same if not controlled.

Don't start sawing or spraying until you are absolutely certain you have a legal right to do so.  If you are in an apartment, it is not on your land, you have no land..

Sorry, but if someone else owns the land between you and the sea, and this tree is on their property, you are screwed.

  7. if you own the land its on cut it down or trim it once a year you carnt 'slow' its growth so they are your only options

  8. call a tree surgeon? not so hard!

  9. Shove it up your arrrrrseeee
